This web site is created, maintained, and run by NW Numerics. Our design goal is to provide a maximum of quality information in an easy to use format. There are clearly no bells or whistles. No flashing, no frames, and no unwanted java applets to crash your older browser or pop-up extra windows.
The site is optimized to be run on any browser supporting very basic image types. It has been tested using Netscape Navigator 3.0 and greater, Internet Explorer 3.0 and greater, and Mozilla H11 on various UNIX, Windows and Macintosh systems. We have not tested it on text only browsers however. Also, the vast majority of the pages have been created using the most reliable and robust HTML editor available: vi.
